MEDITATION

PROCESS OF MEDITATION

  1. Join your hands together,  interlocking all fingers.

  2. Cross your feet at the ankles.

  3. Gently close your eyes.

  4. Focus your attention on the natural rhythm of your breath.

Please note that the key to a successful meditation session is comfort. Choose a sitting position that feels natural and relaxed to you. While many choose to sit on the ground, it's not required; a cozy sofa or any other comfortable seating will work just as well. The aim is to find a posture that allows you to focus inward without distraction. Clasp the hands, fingers interlocked, and cross the legs comfortably. Then simply close the eyes.

This practice is called Anapanasati — mindfulness of breathing, the meditation of the Buddha himself. It is the only practice taught here. No visualisations, no mantras, no breath control. The natural breath is enough.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE MEDITATE?

  1. As attention rests on the breath, thoughts thin out and the mind clears. In that emptiness, cosmic energy flows into the body.

  2. This state of emptiness allows for a profound influx of cosmic energy into our physical form.

  3. Over time, this concentrated energy can awaken the dormant third eye, a mystical and esoteric concept often associated with insight and enlightenment.

  4. Slowly but surely, this process leads to the experience of cosmic consciousness, a profound connection to something greater than oneself.

PYRAMID MEDITATION

  1. Meditation done inside a Pyramid is thrice more powerful

  2. Meditation done inside a pyramid, or underneath a pyramid, is called as Pyramid Meditation.

  3. Many people experience feelings ranging from calmness to extreme euphoria during their meditation sessions inside the pyramids.

  4. Pyramids provide most effective high-energy environments for beginners of meditation.

  5. Pyramids help to reduce the level of stress and tension in the physical body

Most people who have experimented with Pyramid Meditation, describe themselves as experiencing a total relaxation of their body, followed by the shutting out of unnecessary external stimuli and irrelevant thoughts and finally achieving an altered state of consciousness which allows them to concentrate on deeper inner levels.
